Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering on the officesupply.tj website and ticking the relevant box, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Seller — the person whose details are set out in the last section (the “Operator”) — to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. List of Data

1.1. Surname and first name; email address; phone number; profile picture (when signing in with Google). 1.2. For a company account — the name of the organization, TIN, and job roles of employees. 1.3. Delivery addresses and map coordinates, order comments, and information about orders and payments. 1.4. Information about connected notification channels (Telegram, WhatsApp) and chat identifiers. 1.5. Technical data: IP address, browser and device information.

2. Purposes of Processing

2.1. Registration and maintenance of the account, and sign-in to the Site. 2.2. Placement, fulfilment, delivery, and payment of orders, issuing documents, and returning goods and funds. 2.3. Sending service notifications via the selected channels. 2.4. Handling requests, ensuring the security of the Site, and compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Actions with Data

3.1. This consent covers the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of data — with or without the use of automation tools. 3.2. I agree to the transfer of data to the persons listed in the Privacy Policy (delivery services, banks, technical service providers), including cross-border transfer to services whose servers are located outside the Republic of Tajikistan, to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.

4. Term and Withdrawal

4.1. This consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. 4.2. I may withdraw my consent by deleting my account in the Personal Account or by sending a written request to the Operator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. 4.3. After consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue to retain order information for the periods and on the grounds established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

5. Confirmations

5.1. I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, that I understand my rights as a personal data subject, and that the data I have provided is accurate. 5.2. If I provide data of other persons (company employees, order recipients), I confirm that I have obtained their consent to the transfer of such data to the Operator.
