User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. Site means officesupply.tj, an online store of office supplies for private and corporate buyers. 1.2. User means any person visiting the Site. Registered user means a user who has created an account. 1.3. The purchase of goods is governed by the Public Offer, the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy, and the use of the software and materials of the Site by the License Agreement. These documents are published on the Site and form part of this Agreement. 1.4. If the user does not agree with this Agreement, they must stop using the Site.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. Registration is open to legally capable individuals aged 18 or over, as well as to representatives of organizations or individual entrepreneurs who have the necessary authority. 2.2. Two types of account are available on the Site: a personal account and a company account. For a company account, the name of the organization, TIN (9 digits), name of the contact person, and email address must be provided. One TIN may be linked to only one company account. 2.3. By registering a company account, the user confirms that they are entitled to act on behalf of the organization. Actions performed through a company account are deemed to be actions of that organization. 2.4. The administrator of a company account may invite employees (no more than 50) and assign roles to them. The organization is responsible for the actions of its employees on the Site. 2.5. Where this feature is available, the Administration may offer to verify the company by a payment from the organization’s settlement account. Verification is not a prerequisite for placing orders. 2.6. The user undertakes to provide accurate data and keep it up to date.

3. Sign-In and Security

3.1. Users may sign in to their account with an email address and password, with a Google account, or with a phone number and a one-time code sent via Telegram or WhatsApp. To protect against automated requests, the sign-in and registration forms use the Cloudflare Turnstile check. 3.2. A session is valid for 7 days, after which the user must sign in again. A one-time code may be required for certain actions (changing the password, deleting the account, etc.). 3.3. The user must keep their password and one-time codes confidential and must not disclose them to third parties. Actions performed using the user’s credentials are deemed to have been performed by the user. 3.4. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must change their password and notify the Administration.

4. Rules of Use

4.1. The user is prohibited from: — placing orders without the intention of accepting and paying for them; — providing another person’s data without the owner’s consent or impersonating another person; — automatically collecting data from the Site (parsing, scraping), circumventing bot protection, or placing excessive load on the Site; — attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, servers, or data, or interfering with the operation of the Site; — posting unlawful or offensive material or spam in comments and requests; — using the Site for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. 4.2. In the event of a breach of these rules, the Administration may refuse to process an order, restrict access, or block the account.

5. Orders

5.1. The placement, payment, delivery, and return of goods are governed by the Public Offer. 5.2. Orders placed through an account are deemed to have been placed by the account holder and, in the case of a company account, by the relevant organization.

6. Notifications

6.1. The Administration sends service messages: email confirmation, sign-in codes, and notifications of order status and account changes. 6.2. Email notifications are enabled by default. Telegram and WhatsApp notifications are sent only after the user has connected these channels. Notification channels can be configured in the Personal Account. 6.3. Advertising mailings are not sent without the user’s separate consent.

7. Liability

7.1. The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. The Administration strives to ensure its uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, including during maintenance. 7.2. The Administration is not responsible for the operation of third-party services (Google, Telegram, WhatsApp, Cloudflare, banks, telecom operators) or for losses caused by their failures. 7.3. The Administration is not responsible for the consequences of the user disclosing their credentials to third parties. 7.4. The liability of the parties with respect to orders is determined by the Public Offer and the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

8. Account Blocking and Deletion

8.1. The Administration may suspend or terminate access to an account in the event of a breach of this Agreement or legal requirements. 8.2. The user may delete their account at any time in the Personal Account by confirming the action with a one-time code. Deletion is not possible while there are uncompleted orders. 8.3. Once deleted, an account cannot be restored. Order information is retained for the periods established by law in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. 9.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations and, failing agreement, in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

10. Changes to this Agreement

10.1. The Administration may amend this Agreement. A new version takes effect upon its publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new version. 10.2. This Agreement is published in Russian, Tajik, and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Russian text shall prevail.
