License Agreement

1. Subject

1.1. The Rightholder grants the user a free-of-charge, simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Site — its software, interface, and materials — within the scope of its functionality: browsing the catalog, registering, placing and tracking orders, and obtaining documents. 1.2. The license is valid in all countries for the entire period of use of the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. The exclusive rights to the software of the Site, its design, structure and catalog selection, texts, graphic elements, and the designation OFFICESUPPLY.TJ belong to the Rightholder or are used by it on lawful grounds. 2.2. Trademarks, names, and images of goods belong to their manufacturers and rightholders and are used on the Site to provide information about the goods. 2.3. Use of the Site does not entail the transfer of any exclusive rights to the user.

3. Permitted Use

3.1. The user may: — browse the Site and use its features to purchase goods; — save and print invoices, documents, and information about their orders for their own needs, including for accounting purposes; — share links to pages of the Site.

4. Restrictions

4.1. Without the written consent of the Rightholder, it is prohibited to: — copy, reproduce, or distribute materials of the Site, including the catalog, product descriptions, and photographs, in whole or in part; — extract data from the Site by automated means or create databases based on such data; — decompile or modify the software of the Site or attempt to obtain its source code; — embed the Site in other resources or pass off its materials as one’s own; — use the designation OFFICESUPPLY.TJ and design elements of the Site in one’s own products and advertising.

5. User Materials

5.1. By posting comments on orders, requests, and other materials on the Site, the user grants the Rightholder the right to use them free of charge to the extent necessary to fulfil orders and provide support. 5.2. The user warrants that the materials posted do not infringe the rights of third parties or the law.

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1. The Site is provided “as is”. The Rightholder does not warrant that the Site will meet the user’s expectations or operate without errors or interruptions. 6.2. The Rightholder is not liable for indirect losses arising in connection with the use of or inability to use the Site, except in cases provided for by law. 6.3. The user is liable for any infringement of the Rightholder’s rights in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

7. Term and Termination

7.1. This Agreement is effective from the moment the user starts using the Site until the user stops using it. 7.2. In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the Rightholder may terminate the license and restrict the user’s access to the Site. 7.3. The Rightholder may amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on the Site. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
