We deliver throughout Tajikistan from our warehouse in Dushanbe. You send a request, we send you the prices, and you choose the payment method — by invoice or on delivery — when you confirm the order.
Within Dushanbe — on the day of the order or the next business day. To other localities — usually 2–4 business days via partner delivery services. We agree the exact delivery time when confirming the order.
Delivery within Dushanbe is always free, whatever the order amount. The cost of delivery to other regions is agreed with the manager when confirming the order — before the goods are handed over, with no hidden charges.
Free of charge. You can collect your order from our warehouse in Dushanbe during business hours once you have been notified that it is ready.
The order status is shown in your personal account, and notifications are sent by email, as well as via Telegram or WhatsApp if you have connected them. On receipt, check the quantity and packaging and note any discrepancies on the delivery note (waybill).
For companies and individuals. A PDF invoice is generated once you confirm the order with prices and is available in your personal account. The invoice is valid for 7 days — throughout this period we reserve the goods and hold the price. We ship once payment has been received in our settlement account.
Payment in cash to the courier, or at the warehouse for self-pickup, when you receive the order. We issue a document confirming payment.
Not yet available: payment by bank card or e-wallet is not accepted on the site. We never ask for card details — if someone asks you for them, it is not us.
Companies receive a delivery note (waybill) with the goods. Other closing documents are available on request — write to your manager, stating the order number.
